A former banker turned theatre and film producer, Carl has become a leader in the theater and arts community. From his beginnings in Ohio, Carl’s journey has led him down a path that has resulted in him becoming one of his industry’s most awarded and successful producers.
Carl has been involved with some of Broadway's biggest hits since 2006. He has an innate instinct on which shows will resonate with audiences through their compelling stories or amazing music. This is his pure joy and motivation, but it also has translated to many shows becoming great successes. Carl is grateful to have won 13 Tony Awards and has the rare achievement of 2/3 of his shows returning a profit.
As Chairman of Dominion Pictures, Carl has been making his moves into the film industry and has a number of projects currently in different stages of production.
