Carl is the Chairman of Dominion Pictures, which was founded in 2016 with business partner Bobby Sain.  He has produced several feature films with major stars such as Bryan Cranston and Jennifer Garner ( Wakefield).  He is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America.  

His next film was shot in May, 2022 and is called THE NANA PROJECT. It is a hilarious and heartwarming film written in mockumentary style, which could be described as a cross between  "Arrested Development” and “ Best in Show.” The film is set primarily in Timeless Acres Retirement Home and follows feisty chess master Helen “Nana” Lewis (Mercedes Ruehl) and her estranged grandsons, Andrew (Nolan Gould) and Cody (Will Peltz). Robin Givens is the Director and Eric Ulloa the Writer.
